Strengthen our Data Platform Team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Data Product Manager (m/f/d) within Germany or UK remotely or at one of our office locations.

This role focuses on driving the definition, development, and delivery of internal data products that maximize value across the organization. As the interface between the Data Platform team and our business units, you ensure that our data solutions meet user needs, enable data-driven decisions, and align with company priorities. You combine strong communication skills, technical understanding, and product management expertise to create clarity, structure, and efficiency in a complex environment.

YOUR ROLE

• Product Ownership for Internal Data Products: Define and manage the roadmap for core internal data products such as platform tooling, applications, source-of-truth dashboards, data models, and data infrastructure. Act as the “voice of the user,” ensuring that data tools and outputs are usable, valuable, and easily accessible. Align feature prioritization with business objectives and technical constraints.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Serve as the central point of contact between Data Platform and business stakeholders (marketing, finance, sales, and more). Translate business needs into concrete data product requirements. Facilitate workshops, manage intake requests, and lead regular communication regarding platform progress and roadmap.

• Documentation & Enablement: Own and maintain all documentation related to the data platform, including release notes, the internal wiki, and onboarding/training materials. Ensure transparency and help users understand what data exists, how to use it, and how it drives impact.

• Strategy & Governance: Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of data product development with overall company priorities. Help establish standards for data accessibility, quality, and stewardship. Champion data adoption and consistency in usage across all business areas.

Your Profile

• You bring solid communication and stakeholder management skills, translating technical concepts into clear business language.

• Deep understanding of core data concepts, including data warehouses, BI tools, dbt, semantic layers, metrics, and event tracking

• Professional experience in product management, program management, or delivery roles within tech or data-focused environments.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, drive prioritization, and deliver structure and clarity in dynamic situations.

• Ideally, you have a background in analytics, data engineering, or similar technical fields.

• Experience managing platform and internal tooling products is a plus.
