As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at IPOINT, you won't just be executing tasks—you'll be in the driver's seat, helping shape our outbound sales efforts from the ground up. You'll play a pivotal role in driving the sales pipeline, identifying key opportunities, and actively engaging with potential customers to grow our business.

Your mission

  • Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting (emails, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach).
  • You will drive your own process—from prospecting to qualifying—and set up high-quality meetings for the senior sales team, always with a sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Work towards setting up qualified meetings for the enterprise sales team and ensure a smooth Customer Centric Handover.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of the market and product offerings, ensuring you stay ahead of trends and opportunities.
  • Help build up the team and identify needed structures, implement tools and share your learnings with the team.

  • Results-Driven : You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding your quota in your past roles. You want to win .
  • Builder : In the absence of defined processes, you roll up your sleeves and help to create a structure that is needed to get the Job done.
  • E ff ective Communicator : Your written and verbal communication skills are top notch, helping you capture the attention of and build relationships even with senior prospects.
  • Proficiency in German, additional languages are a plus!
