Aufgaben:
- Supervise staff, provide leadership, guidance, coaching, feedback as well as career planning
- Install, upgrade, maintenance and repair of Advantest Test systems according to quality standards
- Planning, prioritization and deployment of resources to meet project and business targets
- Create and execute implementation plans for projects and track project completion
- Escalation Management
- Maintain excellent customer relationship
- Contribute as a member of the Advantest team to the overall goals of our company
Qualifikationen:
- Engineering degree (Dipl.-lng. FH/TU) or similar
- Knowledge in Windows, Microsoft Office, UNIX and Redhat operating system
- Driver license and willingness to travel
- Demonstrated good project management skills
- Good German and English skills (written and spoken)
