Responsibilities:

In this role you are responsible for end-to-end supply planning for designated value streams across manufacturing sites and regions in the Plansee HPM production network. Ensuring value stream focus by setting overall direction and parameters for governance.

• For specific global product supply chains, you create a forward-looking and reliable monthly supply plan within the Plansee HPM production network by balancing forecasts, inventories and leveraging the capacities of our plants

• Together with local logistics and production you ensure cross site collaboration and communication for stable product availability and making a key contribution to customer satisfaction by delivering high service levels

• In close alignment with Sales and Production teams you prepare S+OE Planning Meetings by using all necessary data and KPI´s to show visibility and transparency furthermore validate and update MPS for assigned value streams

• You are further developing processes and tools (e.g. SAP IBP) by found analysis in regards of inventory and master data maintenance in our planning and ERP system

• Preparation of Cross functional decision making and support in change management for ongoing transformation

Qualification:

• You have completed education and high-level degree relevant to logistics, supply chain or production management. Combined with several years of professional experience in supply network planning, production planning and confidence in using SAP

• Ability to manage complexity across global networks and agility in responding to disruptions and changing priorities

• Your mindset is driven by Appreciation - Commitment and building a culture of Trust and teamwork

Legally required notice in Austria: Minimum salary according to the collective agreement for the metal industry (H) is € 66.740,94 - gross per year, paid over 14 installments. The actual offer takes market prices, qualifications and professional experience into account.
