Responsibilities:
Independent processing of customer charges due to quality complaints
Recharging to suppliers due to quality complaints
Negotiation with customers and suppliers to clarify cost claims and determine responsibility
KPI Reporting and cost control
Creating approval requests (detailed explanation of the factual situation for the management)
Digitalisation & Optimization of processes
Process Trainings and Support of internal interfaces worldwide
Support in Claim situation by preparation of presentations, minutes, reports and analyses
Qualifications:
Business-oriented vocational education
Reliability, independent and self-reliant working style
Structured, accurate work approach and cost awareness
Teamwork skills: interdisciplinary and cross-functional collaboration
Good command of English
Openness to new topics / areas of responsibility
Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
