Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related field (Supply Chain, Operations Management) — Bachelor’s or Master’s level
• English — Critical for coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Basic ERP/SAP Knowledge, including familiarity with core transactions.
• MRP Planning Skills: Solid grasp of Material Requirements Planning principles—bill of materials, demand forecasting, inventory control, purchase order generation, and exception handling.
• Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams (procurement, production, warehouse, quality) to align material flow and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production and delivery status to ensure timely fulfillment
• Manage production orders and resolve missing parts or exceptions
• Coordinate with sales planners and suppliers on material requirements and shipments
• Plan and balance APU production programs and material staging
• Release and follow up on production orders using SAP
• Manage C-parts inventory and support S&OP and MEC processes
• Provide training and support for planning tools and workflows
