Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related field (Supply Chain, Operations Management) — Bachelor’s or Master’s level
• English — Critical for coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Basic ERP/SAP Knowledge, including familiarity with core transactions.
• MRP Planning Skills: Solid grasp of Material Requirements Planning principles—bill of materials, demand forecasting, inventory control, purchase order generation, and exception handling.
• Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams (procurement, production, warehouse, quality) to align material flow and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning (Electronics): Coordinated and managed the end-to-end planning of electronic production schedules to meet demand forecasts and ensure timely delivery.
• Component Procurement: Sourced and procured electronic components from reliable suppliers, negotiating prices and terms to maintain cost efficiency and supply continuity.
• Inventory Management: Monitored and controlled inventory levels, optimized stock levels to reduce holding costs, and ensured availability of components to avoid production delays.
