  • Deliver on operating budget targets linked to material planning.
  • Optimize inventories across multiple categories to balance agility and efficiency.
  • Continuously refine material planning processes to deliver step-change improvements.
  • Proactively communicate risks, lead mitigation discussions, and influence stakeholders across Supply Chain.

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

  • University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, preferably in material planning within FMCG or Luxury Goods.
  • Proven knowledge of SAP TCs related to MRP processes.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with process optimization capabilities.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and ambition to grow into broader Supply Chain leadership roles
  • Solid understanding of material planning principles, MRP, and inventory management.
  • Results-driven, structured working style with strong attention to detail.
  • Business and financial acumen, with an operations background.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to build trust across functions and geographies.
