Qualifications:

• Graduate of technical higher education
• Minimum 2 years experience in an automotive manufacturing company as Process Engineer
• Knowledge of IPC610 standard; knowledge of electronics is an advantage
• Good English speaker; German language is an advantage
• Experience on SMT processes. AOI programming is an advantage.
• Knowledge of common quality tools (5WHY, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, etc.)
• Ability to read technical drawings; to work in a team; to analyze and problem solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the initiating of new projects in the area of electronic productions, following the specific achievementand quality objectives
• Identifying process weaknesses
• Analyses production system parameters in relation with product quality
• Responsible for process optimization and analysis; responsible for the necessary adjustments of the machine and auxiliary installations
• Prepare specific documentation for each project
• Propose improvement methods for electronic parts production processes
• Ensuring tracking of specific performance indicators
