Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong experience in Project Management, ideally as sub-project leader within cross-functional core teams.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrialization within the Automotive Engineering industry.
• Proven leadership skills to coordinate and guide planners and technical experts.
• Experience in developing assembly concepts with development, quality, and production planning teams.
• Solid knowledge of budget management, CapEx planning, and procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of automotive standards and methods (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, Lean Manufacturing).
• Fluent English is mandatory; German or French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Member of the Project Core-Team
• Sub-project leadership in Industrial Engineering : coordinates and controls the professional planners/- experts
• Point of contact between the BU and OP/IE
• Responsible for the whole Industrialization topics planning ( Assembly concept / Assembly Lines/ Test Equipment / Tools )
• Creating Assembly concepts in very close cooperation with development, quality and production planner.
• Process - / production-/ test appropriate construction exposure
• Procurement of funds approval (budget-responsibility Industrial Engineering)
• Delegation of tasks to team members within the area of project work
• Ensuring the availability of specification sheets for operating resources /and test equipment
