Senior Sales & Business Dev. Lead – Cybersecurity Services (m/w/d)
Responsibilities:
- Lead of company-building activities, internal strategy development, and scaling initiatives.
- Identify market opportunities, competitive differentiators, and new business models.
- Lead and scale a team of cybersecurity engineers & sales and collaborate closely with product, engineering, compliance, and executive leadership teams.
- Develop and execute scalable go-to-market strategies for (embedded) cybersecurity products and services.
- Build sales structures, CRM processes, and reporting frameworks from the ground up.
- Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature.
- Establish and manage international sales channels, partner networks, and key accounts.
- Conduct negotiations at C-level with OEMs, Tier-1s, and enterprise customers.
- Provide high-level consulting on product cybersecurity topics (like NIS2, EU CRA, R155/R156, ISO/SAE 21434).
- Perform initial product risk assessments and compliance readiness evaluations.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into customer-specific solutions and proposals.
- Support clients in understanding CSMS requirements and their impact on organizational processes.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of B2B sales / consulting experience, ideally in Product Cybersecurity, embedded systems, IoT and automotive, or high-tech.
- Strong knowledge of EU Cyber Resilience Act, UN ECE R155/R156, ISO/SAE 21434.
- Demonstrated ability to build sales structures and organizations from zero.
- Experience in international markets and enterprise customer environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to provide high-level cybersecurity consulting (CSMS, risk assessments, compliance impacts).
