Qualifications

• Technical Engineering degree (Bachelor or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a structured, process-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support new project launches by participating in P-FMEA, coordinating production trials (RUNs), and interfacing with project core teams.
• Drive industrialization of engineering changes and new product variants, including feasibility studies and process modifications.
• Ensure process and equipment compliance with internal standards (MQ), including creation and maintenance of work instructions and SAP master data.
• Manage production equipment transfers, update standard operation times, and maintain traceability processes for serial production.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support reporting and execution of defined actions across projects and operations.
