Qualifications

• Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Certifications: Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing (optional).
• Proficiency in ERP systems and BOM management.
• Knowledge of production processes and capacity planning.
• Experience: 3–5 years in production planning or assembly.
• Experience in pre-serial or pilot production.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Engineering and Design teams to ensure assembly process feasibility and readiness.
• Create and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with project timelines.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment for production readiness.
• Plan labor allocation and organize training sessions for the assembly team if needed.
• Oversee prototype builds and trial runs to validate assembly processes and identify early issues.
• Review and finalize the Bill of Materials (BOM); confirm component availability to avoid delays.
• Document assembly workflows and create or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Estimate production lead times and adjust capacity planning based on volume forecasts.
