Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality of products
• Responsible for Quality Operations team Management
• Be part of development of the procedures and working guidelines for the QMO processes
• Inform the concerned stakeholders about issues related to Quality Operations
• Organize problem solving meetings and supervise the analysis of defects and the implementation of actions decided following these issues
• Responsible for Quality Operations KPI's tracking, especially CoPQ related ones
• Responsible for Customer complaints management
• Responsible for Supplier Quality Assurance
• Responsible for Quality Planning / Quality Assurance / Quality Analysis
• Responsible for Quality tools implementation and establishment
• Decide on deviation permits in agreement with the relevant departments
• Check the application of the various control & measurement operations on the products if necessary
• Has the authority and obligation to stop production in case of detection of a defect or operating anomaly, to inform the concerned team and to initiate the necessary immediate and corrective actions
• Responsible for Quality Operations communication

Qualifications:

• Mechtronics Engineering graduation
• Minimum 10 years experience within Quality Operations in Automotive Industry
• Proven experience in Complaints management & regular communication with Customers / Suppliers
• Proven experience in Quality Analysis / Quality Assurance / Quality Planning
• Customer Specific Requirements competence
• Core tools competence
• Proven Problem solving tools competence & experience
• IATF 16949:2016 knowledge and its deployment in Quality Operations processes
• VDA 6.3 / VDA 6.5 certified auditor
• Excellent English skills, German will be an asset
• Proven discipline and organisation skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Proven Team Leadership experience
