Proclinical is seeking an IT Administrative Expert to support the Commercial stream SAP SD of the Lean Digital Core (LDC) program. This role focuses on ensuring that the new SAP module and its associated processes are validated from a business perspective and operationally ready for go-live in January 2026. The position requires close collaboration with global and local stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and alignment with business requirements.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the Customer Service Commercial function.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to define and validate test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria.
- Validate SAP system functionality against business requirements, including integration points with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance.
- Identify, document, and escalate defects or gaps in functionality, and support resolution tracking.
- Represent the Customer Service team in daily UAT stand-ups and defect triage meetings.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and background in SAP and IT systems.
- Hands-on experience in administrative roles, particularly within SAP environments.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across global and local levels.
