Operations Finance Controller – North & Western Europe (m/w/d*)

We are looking for an Operations Finance Controller to drive financial performance and support profitable growth at site level across North & Western Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly close, forecasting and annual budgeting processes
- Prepare and analyse site P&L, KPIs and financial performance
- Act as finance business partner to site management
- Ensure statutory, IFRS, tax and legal compliance
- Support audits and coordinate with Group Finance functions
- Manage CAPEX projects and ROI analysis
- Lead and develop the site finance team
Your Profile
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar
- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing or audit
- Strong analytical, business‑partnering and leadership skills
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint; JDE experience preferred
- German native speaker with English speaking
- Proactive, resilient and deadline‑driven
