Site Finance Controller – North & Western Europe (m/w/d*)

We are looking for an Operations Finance Controller to drive financial performance and support profitable growth at site level across North & Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close, forecasting and annual budgeting processes
• Prepare and analyse site P&L, KPIs and financial performance
• Act as finance business partner to site management
• Ensure statutory, IFRS, tax and legal compliance
• Support audits and coordinate with Group Finance functions
• Manage CAPEX projects and ROI analysis
• Lead and develop the site finance team

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar
• Extensive years’ experience in manufacturing or audit
• Strong analytical, business‑partnering and leadership skills
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint; JDE experience preferred
• German native speaker with English speaking
• Proactive, resilient and deadline‑driven
