Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. The successful candidate will manage the company's receivables, ensuring timely payment collection, accurate record-keeping, and effective client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments through phone, email, and letters.
• Regularly reconcile accounts receivable ledgers, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare detailed aging reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Process and accurately apply payments, including bank transfers, checks, and online transactions.
• Respond professionally to customer queries and maintain positive client relationships.
