We are a medium-sized textile manufacturing company with approximately 250 employees in Romania /Brașov and 110 employees in Germany, and we are part of an industrial group of companies.
What you can expect from us
We are looking for a dedicated and talented Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in the efficient and smooth management of daily operations, contributing to the company’s success.
The Operations Manager will be in charge of a medium-sized team.
At least 3 years of professional experience is preferred.

What are your responsibilities?
Responsibilities:
1. Main Responsibilities
a) Develop and implement action plans to achieve established objectives.
b) Manage the budget allocated to operations, monitoring expenses and optimizing resources.
c) Supervise the activities of subordinate departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
d) Monitors key performance indicators and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency.
e) Develops and implements standardized operational processes, adhering to industry best practices.
f) Implements technological solutions for process automation and productivity improvement.
g) Regularly reports to management on operational and product performance, proposing corrective measures and development strategies.
2. Technical Optimization and Continuous Improvement
h) Coordinates modernization and automation projects.
i) Coordinates and optimizes maintenance processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
j) Prepares Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and technical reports.
k) Optimizes workflows and technological processes
3. Resource and Budget Management
l) Manages the maintenance budget and tracks expenses.
m) Ensures the availability of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
n) Negotiates with equipment and service suppliers.
4. Documentation and Reporting
o) Updates and creates: technical documentation, inspection and maintenance checklists for equipment/production lines, procedures for technological processes, and procedures for workstations.

What do we expect from you?

- Technical education
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Previous experience in industrial or technical equipment maintenance.
- Proactive and responsible
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or accreditations in the field of maintenance are a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Solid knowledge of English; German is a plus (for communication within the international company).
