• Development of concepts and specifications as well as design and engineering of modules and machines
• Planning and execution of process validations during the introduction of new equipment and products
• Monitoring and analysis of manufacturing processes, including machine capability and process capability studies to determine key performance indicators
• Identification and elimination of process instabilities and continuous optimization of manufacturing processes
• Application of statistical methods for data-driven production control
• Cross-functional collaboration with design, electronics, and software departments to optimally align machine processes with product requirements
• Creation and maintenance of documentation in accordance with internal standards and customer specifications

• Completed degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering, or a comparable field
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Solid knowledge of statistical analysis methods and quality management standards
• Confident handling of analysis and evaluation software
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Structured and independent working style
• Strong communication skills
