• You will carry out autogenous flame straightening using various methods, including inductive techniques
• In your day-to-day work, you will align walls and decks, heat them in a targeted manner and compress them, to achieve optimum results
• In some cases, you will install slings and use your experience in a targeted manner
• You will sometimes work with aids such as cranes and risers during flame straightening
• With your technical expertise, you will support apprentices and trainees in the work process

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship and have experience in flame straightening, alternatively you are already working as a straightening forge (m/f/d)
• You handle technical documents, standards and verbal instructions confidently and routinely, you can grasp information quickly and implement it effectively
• you have a good command of spoken German and valid working papers
