Project Engineer (m/f/d) - Engineering Management for Customer Wind Farm Projects

As a Project Engineer / Focal Point (m/f/d) in our Engineering Department, you play a key role in shaping technically sound and customer‑oriented wind farm projects. You will act as the central technical interface throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination between engineering, industrialization, and internal stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative, sustainable energy solutions while working in a dynamic and international environment.

YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate and provide technical support throughout the wind farm project lifecycle, from pre‑industrialization to commissioning
• Offer technical guidance to industrialization teams and additional internal stakeholders
• Serve as the primary Engineering contact for new technical requirements and project‑specific developments
• Organize and track internal engineering tasks for wind farm projects, ensuring deadlines are met
• Review and validate project-specific Bills of Materials (BOM) within the PLM environment (Teamcenter)

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a comparable field; a Master’s degree in wind energy is an advantage
• Professional experience in engineering, project management within the wind industry, or technical customer support
• Experience with PLM systems; knowledge of Teamcenter or Windchill is beneficial
• Strong team player with a customer‑focused and solution‑oriented mindset
• Clear, structured communication skills with strong ability to report and document
• Fluent in English; Spanish and German are an additional advantage
