Project Engineer - Sales & Engineering Liaison (m/f/d)

As a Project Engineer- Sales & Engineering Liaison (m/f/d) , you act as the link between Sales and Engineering, ensuring customer requirements are technically feasible and cost-effective. You collaborate closely with global Sales Engineers and help streamline processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

YOUR TASKS

• Review and assess customer requirements for feasibility, cost, and timeline
• Manage Sales Engineering Requests through the PSR (Project Specific Request) process
• Edit and maintain PSRs in the PLM system
• Lead coordination rounds with global Sales Engineers and set priorities for PSRs
• Initiate expert discussions to resolve requirements on time
• Prepare reports and analytics on requests
• Improve customer satisfaction and response times
• Provide transparency on team workloads and performance

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in engineering and 3–5 years of experience in engineering project management or equivalent
• Experience working at the interface between Engineering/R&D and Sales
• Excellent English communication skills, German or Spanish is a plus
• Strong organizational and intercultural competence
• Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Self-driven, structured, and a team player with initiative
