Job description
- You will independently process official housing determinations and communicate with the head office OP, the user departments and federal authorities
- Compiling the documents for contract conclusions is part of your area of responsibility
- In addition, you carefully check system-side data such as measurements and conditions for correctness and completeness
- You create rental contracts securely in the SAP BALIMA system
- You are responsible for monitoring tenant accounts and processing service charge settlement balances
- You create payment reminders in coordination with user departments and federal authorities
- You generate accounting documents and conscientiously maintain the relevant data in SAP
- You support the determination and setting of rental values by obtaining and
- You will provide support by obtaining and listing comparative rents
- You will process notifications on the termination of tenancies and assist in confirming the payment of rental income
Requirements
- You have completed training as a real estate agent (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have a good command of MS Office, ideally you also have knowledge of SAP
- You have a class B/3 driving licence and are prepared to drive company vehicles
- You communicate clearly with your target group
