TOPHOTELPROJECTS GmbH is the leading information and data service provider for international hotel construction projects and hotel brands. Through a centrally maintained , cloud-based platform, we deliver structured hotel project data and market information via a web interface that our clients use in research, sales, and analytics processes.
Your Role:
- Development and maintenance of our WordPress-based systems (themes, plugins, integrations with third-party systems via REST APIs)
- Creation and maintenance of BI reports and dashboards (e.g., Klipfolio), including integration of various data sources (e.g., SQL, APIs, CSV) and definition of appropriate KPIs (training available)
- Technical administration and configuration of our HubSpot system, including workflows, data structures, integrations, and user management (training available)
- Active contribution to the use of new technologies, particularly in evaluating and integrating AI-supported tools and workflows into our existing system landscape
- Collaboration with an international, interdisciplinary team
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in web development with WordPress (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and in customizing themes and plugins
- Strong analytical thinking skills as well as interest in data management, reporting, and KPI-driven analysis
- High willingness to familiarize yourself with new tools such as Klipfolio, HubSpot, and AI-driven solutions
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach with a high level of personal responsibility
- Excellent German language skills (spoken and written, B2- C1 level) and basic English skills for collaboration in an international environment

- A part-time or full-time position (30–40 hours/week by agreement) with on-site presence at our central location in Rotenburg (Wümme)
