In this role, you will focus on customizing and developing Odoo ERP modules and creating innovative software solutions to optimize and automate key business processes. • Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules to support operations such as manufacturing, inventory, and logistics.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Odoo-based solutions.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation within Odoo.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo customizations.
• Document development processes, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and improve Odoo functionalities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on understanding business processes.
• Experience with software development (Odoo).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• You communicate fluently in English and are able understand complex topics in German
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
