The Position
The Diagnostics Strategy team plays a crucial role in shaping the direction of the organization. Our mission is to drive and align strategy design and organizational development in partnership with various business areas and functions. We lead key strategic initiatives, define priorities, and monitor healthcare market trends to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.
We are seeking a Divisional Strategy Lead to join our dynamic team. In this highly cross-functional environment, you will provide project and matrix leadership, fostering effective decision-making and change management consistent with our values. You will report directly to a Strategy Team Lead and be a key driver in inspiring sustainable change across diverse teams.
The Opportunity
Drive and align strategy design, organizational design, and development in collaboration with business areas and functions.
Lead and contribute to key strategic initiatives at the Divisional or Group level.
Define strategic priorities and drive the strategic planning process in close collaboration with stakeholders.
Monitor healthcare market trends that are highly relevant to the strategy.
Ensure the consistent use and further development of the Diagnostics Operating Model.
Shape and drive impactful, actionable strategies powered by market-leading methodologies and practices.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders from different parts of the organization to foster effective decision-making.
Who You Are
You have a university degree in a relevant discipline with at least 5-7 years of experience, preferably within the Diagnostics or Healthcare industry.
You have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a strategy consultancy or a corporate/global strategy role.
You possess structured thinking, proven problem-solving skills, and strong project management capabilities.
You have highly developed people and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong collaborative relationships and networks.
You have experience in strategy, strategic planning, and operating model design, including global roll-outs.
