About the job

As Franchise Lead within our adult vaccines team you set the strategic direction for the adult vaccine portfolio, aligns cross-functional teams, and ensures successful execution across sales, medical, market access, regulatory, and supply. The role leads marketing functions (Customer Engagement Manager) and shapes the public health environment while engaging external stakeholders. It provides vision, coordination, and leadership across functions without direct sales accountability. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

• Define and lead the strategic direction of the Swiss BU Vaccines Franchise, including brand plans and forecasting.
• Drive brand development and execution for current vaccines and prepare for future launches.
• Contribute to long-term positioning of the vaccines portfolio in Switzerland.
• Shape programs to improve vaccination perception among HCPs and the public, aiming to increase coverage rates and highlight the value of Sanofi vaccines.
• Lead and coordinate the franchise team and interface with cross-functional teams (medical, market access, supply chain, sales, regulatory, public affairs, PV).
• Ensure effective execution of marketing activities aligned with budget and goals.
• Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support professional development of team members.

About you

Experience:

• Several years of product management / franchise lead experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Switzerland.

Soft and technical skills :

• Strategic/Commercial mindset and ability to anticipate trends.
• Experience in brand planning, lifecycle management, and portfolio strategy.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional pharma environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in IT systems (e.g. Power BI, Microsoft tools, CRM, Veeva).

Education :

• University degree in life sciences, medicine, marketing, or business.

Languages :

• Fluency in German and English; French desirable.
