Responsibilities
- Develop and execute publication strategies in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage the full publication process, including review, compliance, and tracking of deliverables.
- Lead and facilitate scientific communication meetings, ensuring alignment across functions.
- Support internal communication efforts with publication announcements, summaries, and updates.
- Collaborate with external health care professionals, experts, and medical communication agencies.
- Provide scientific input to medical education initiatives (e.g., HCP slide decks, content distillation).
- Ensure adherence to Good Publication Practice and ICMJE guidelines.
Must-Haves
- Master’s degree or higher (PhD/PharmD/MD preferred) in Biomedical Sciences.
- At least 1 year of experience in medical or scientific communications (diagnostics preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Good Publication Practice (GPP) and ICMJE guidelines.
- Proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent English writing, editing, and communication abilities.
- Experience with publication planning, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
