Responsibilities

• Develop and execute publication strategies in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage the full publication process, including review, compliance, and tracking of deliverables.
• Lead and facilitate scientific communication meetings, ensuring alignment across functions.
• Support internal communication efforts with publication announcements, summaries, and updates.
• Collaborate with external health care professionals, experts, and medical communication agencies.
• Provide scientific input to medical education initiatives (e.g., HCP slide decks, content distillation).
• Ensure adherence to Good Publication Practice and ICMJE guidelines.

Must-Haves

• Master’s degree or higher (PhD/PharmD/MD preferred) in Biomedical Sciences.
• At least 1 year of experience in medical or scientific communications (diagnostics preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Good Publication Practice (GPP) and ICMJE guidelines.
• Proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and communication abilities.
• Experience with publication planning, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
