About the job
As Strategic Project Management & Marketing Associate VIE within our Transformation & Project Management team, you will be supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) with strategic initiatives, coordination, and project execution. You will also be working on Dupixent, one of Sanofi's key growth drivers in Immunology, by supporting local marketing initiatives, digital activities, and customer engagement strategies. Main responsibilities:
Strategic Project Management (50%)
- Support the Project Management Office in coordinating strategic projects.
- Contribute to project planning, tracking, and reporting for local and regional initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and communication materials for leadership meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Support change management and internal communication activities linked to transformation projects.
Marketing (Dupixent) (50%)
- Support and contribute to the marketing activities of the Swiss Dupixent marketing organization in collaboration with the medical team.
- Manage clearly defined projects on your own, provide regular update to the commercial head.
- Support the development of innovative strategies and activities for the promotion of the product in the market.
- Conduct market intelligence: analyze the market, competition and sales, investigate scientific questions to build further knowledge on our products and differentiate those in their markets.
- Plan and lead projects with external providers, such as agencies, media or external consultants (mainly in German language).
- Prepare and execute conferences, symposia, customer events.
About you
Experience:
- Knowledge, experience, or interest in marketing, project management, or the pharma industry would be a strong asset.
Soft and Technical skills:
- Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Customer focused with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proactive, creative, and eager to take ownership
- Openness towards new digital channels and tools.
Education:
- Master's degree in Business, Biology/ Medicine, Pharma D/Pharmaceuticals or other natural sciences.
Languages:
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- German language skills (B2 or above).
