• You design, plan and coordinate sales activities and events, take care of the follow-up and fascinate our customers with excellent all-round service
• As the first point of contact for meetings and events, you pull the strings and ensure smooth processes in the banquet and C&E areas
• You keep an eagle eye on the competition, come up with ideas for new concepts and charm your way into new customers
• You are the ultimate coach, motivating your team and constantly developing them through training and education
• You are also responsible for adherence to the budget, fair scheduling and optimal pricing

Your Personality:

• You have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel industry/gastronomy and/or a degree in business administration, hotel management or comparable. In addition, you have already gained relevant professional experience in convention sales and as a team leader
