Job Description

>Execute the promotion and sales promotion plan towards all customers channels

>Develops the visibility of the brand and its solutions among our customers (Point-of-sale materials, showroom, brochures, digital, TV, fairs, press, etc.), working on the needs, coordinate the execution and following up on implementation

>Produces all the documentary support, sales tools and multi-media materials to all channels according to brand charter

>Source and manage production houses/agencies in developing marketing assets in timely and quality manner

>Works closely with channel salespersons to develop programs such as Somfy Retail Partner Program

>Manage, maintain and update Somfy websites, social media channels

>Assist to plan and organize events such as fairs, seminars, customer entertainment activities

>Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure execution of marketing activities successfully

>Gather market intelligence and industry best practices to support in formulating marketing strategy, maintaining a sound database of competition information

>Contribute to and lead product launches projects

Qualifications

>Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluent Chinese is a plus.

>University graduates and 3+ years of related working experience; preferably from consumer durables or building materials industries

>Proven experience in implementing small to medium scale marketing activities for famous local or international brands

>Strong understanding on B2B and B2C distribution channels

>Strong understanding on B2B and B2C marketing communication channels, both online and offline

>Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, team player, willingness to learn, bold to suggest

>Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint; knowledge in digital marketing and graphic design program are a plus
