Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handling all projects in accordance with SOPs, state-of-the-art practices, and

• applicable standards

• Leading team meetings regarding the projects

• Coordinating with all other departments regarding the projects

• Developing timelines and budget plans within the area of responsibility and monitoring compliance with the support of a project controller

• Developing technical solutions for projects

• Selecting and designing process equipment

• Project management and budgeting for CAPEX projects

• Reporting on the budget in accordance with global guidelines

• Handling of variances, CAPAs, and change controls within the scope of responsibilities

• Participation in and support of departmental and central audits

• Preparation of the URS for investment projects (Coordination with users, Coordination with QA regarding Scope and depth of qualification Maintenance)

• Successful and timely participation in the training program

• Ensure that maintainability and reliability concepts are considered as part of a project, including performance KPIs target definitions

• Classify each asset according to its criticality (HML) and impact (QSB)

• Based on the classification of the asset, define the best maintenance strategy utilizing Failure Mode, Simplified Failure Mode, REM/OTF, or other applicable techniques

• Establish the initial spare parts holdings for new equipment.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• German (required), fluent English

• Several years of experience in project management within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

• Degree in engineering In-depth knowledge of project management methods and tools

• Strong organizational skills and assertiveness

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach High level of commitment and initiative

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team within a constantly changing environment Strong conceptual thinking skills

• Consistency in implementing decisions Analytical and integrative thinking Ability to stay within budget / meet deadlines Compliance with and support for HSE requirements
