  • Apply and promote Lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve process efficiency.
  • Drive initiatives to increase manufacturing processes operational performance, focusing on stability, yield and quality and to standardize work instructions, SOPs and process parameters.

Specific Skills & Competencies

  • Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize weekly production schedules.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing flows, processes, buffers, and stock management.
  • Hands-on mindset being willing to work majority of the time on the production floor and support operators directly.
  • Fast problem-solving skills and good analytical skills to ensure continuous production output and identify bottlenecks.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with production teams.
  • Structured, reliable, and proactive approach to improving operational performance.
  • Competence in maintaining technical documentation and ensuring process readiness.
  • Languages: English C1, German or any language is a plus.

Benefits

What we offer:

  • 25 annual paid vacation days (at 100% workload).
  • A stimulating role in high-tech manufacturing, involving diverse technologies.
  • Collaborative participation in enhancing company processes.
  • An energetic, young, and international team.
