Ihre Aufgaben:

• Supporting the HR team in its day-to-day business, in particular working closely with HR business partners across all relevant processes
• Independently handling all matters relating to our students: from coordinating interviews and onboarding and offboarding to supporting programs and initiatives
• Preparing a wide range of HR documents, including contracts, certificates, qualified job references, and documents for works council hearings
• Maintaining and updating our HR systems and databases, including creating overviews and ensuring careful documentation

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Confident use of the MS Office package
• A well-organized, flexible, and reliable personality who understands service orientation as a matter of course
• Enjoy working independently and have a strong hands-on mentality
• Interest in working with people from different cultural backgrounds and strong intercultural skills
• Very good communication skills in German and English
