• Track and update sales forecasts, compile and analyze data

• Manage customer orders, monitor order progress and payment status

• Draft quotations, contracts, and parameter configuration sheets based on technical feedback

• Support daily inquiries, after-sales service, and agent coordination

• Maintain and organize all sales-related documentation, customer files, and order data

• Coordinate internally with production, technical, and China headquarters teams

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Sociology, Humanities, or related fields

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin); German for daily communication

• Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders
