Unleash your passion for sweet creations – we are looking for a talented Chef de Pâtisserie to enrich our dessert kitchen with finesse and creativity. At the Unterschwarzachhof, you will work in a dynamic and innovative environment where quality and hygiene come first. Your tasks

• Lead the pastry section independently – from planning and preparation to presentation.
• Produce a variety of desserts, cakes, tarts, sweet dishes and ice cream specialties for à la carte and events.
• Develop new and creative dessert ideas for our seasonal menus and special occasions.
• Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef and coordinate with the service team.
• Organize your mise en place, stock levels, hygiene routines and production flow.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and keep your work area clean and orderly at all times.
• Support the broader kitchen team when needed and contribute to team success.

What you bring with you

• A completed education and professional experience in upscale gastronomy/hospitality, ideally with a focus on pâtisserie.
• Creativity and a sense of responsibility , enabling you to create unique dessert experiences.
• A keen awareness of hygiene and a strong commitment to quality.
• Flexibility, reliability, and resilience , allowing you to perform at a high level even in demanding situations.
• Team spirit and the ability to integrate seamlessly into our kitchen crew.
• Excellent German and relevant English skills to communicate with our international guests.
• Motivated and creative junior pastry chefs (m|f|d) are also welcome if you’re looking to take the next step in your career.
