Your tasks

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding , ensuring smooth processes for new team members each season.
• Maintain employee records and contracts in Personio , keeping all HR data accurate and up to date.
• Support duty scheduling and vacation planning , to ensure the right staffing across all departments.
• Be the point of contact for our team , assisting with questions about work, accommodation, and daily matters.
• Work closely with management , ensuring HR topics are handled efficiently and with care.
• Contribute your ideas , helping to simplify processes and improve teamwork continuously.

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial education or HR experience , ideally within hospitality.
• Structured, reliable, and service-oriented way of working – even during the busy season.
• Strong communication skills , empathy, and discretion, creating trust within the team.
• Good German skills and confidence with digital tools (e.g. Personio, MS Office).
• Motivation to take responsibility and make a difference every day.
