Your tasks

• Advise guests on wine selection, creating unique and personalized taste experiences.
• Serve wines professionally and passionately, ensuring every moment is a highlight.
• Maintain and expand our wine list, keeping it exciting and up to date.
• Train the service team so that wine recommendations are always professional and confident.
• Organize wine tastings and events, offering guests exclusive experiences.
• Oversee wine storage and inventory to guarantee quality and availability at all times.
• Ensure compliance with the highest quality and hygiene standards, reflecting our premium gastronomy.

What you bring with you

• Completed training in hotel or restaurant management, or a sommelier diploma, preparing you perfectly for this role.
• Passion for wine combined with solid knowledge of national and international wines.
• An authentic personality with enthusiasm that inspires guests.
• Experience in guest consultation and fine dining service, enabling you to delight even demanding clientele.
• Excellent German and English communication skills for professional guest interaction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to keep the wine cellar and processes running smoothly.
