Wir suchen aktuell einen Plant Controller (m/w/d ) für unseren Standort Saalfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Verantwortung für die Erstellung des jährlichen Werksbudgets sowie regelmäßige Rückmeldungen zur aktuellen Performance im Vergleich zum Budget sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Anpassungsmaßnahmen

• Koordination der jährlichen Neuberechnung der Standardkosten im Werk sowie Analyse und Reporting von Abweichungen inklusive Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen

• Bereitstellung präziser und zeitnaher Finanzdaten für das Werk und die Divisionen (z. B. Margenanalysen, Margenverbesserungsprojekte, Bestandsmanagement und Ausgabenkontrollen)

• Bewertung und Beurteilung von Investitionsausgaben inklusive CPA-/CPJ-Begründungen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Werksfunktionen zur Analyse und Unterstützung von Investitionen sowie neuen Geschäftsinitiativen

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller werkbezogenen GAAP‑, SOX‑ und Baxter-Richtlinien

• Planung, Vorbereitung und Steuerung von Projekten

Ausbildung & Berufserfahrung:

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen (oder vergleichbarer Abschluss); CPA‑ oder Master‑Abschluss von Vorteil

• Mindestens 6 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kostenrechnung und Budgetmanagement

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Standardkostenrechnung, Budgetmanagement sowie Investitionsanalyse und ‑controlling

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS‑Office‑Anwendungen sowie ERP‑Systemen (SAP FI/CO, MM, PP, SAP Analysis for Office)

• Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz bei der Identifikation und Umsetzung von Veränderungsinitiativen

• Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Hierarchieebenen – sowohl in formellen als auch informellen Kontexten

• Erfahrung in einer globalen, vielfältigen und matrixorganisierten Organisation

• Fähigkeit, Business‑Cases für Veränderungen zu entwickeln und Best Practices analytisch zu nutzen

• Souveränes Auftreten sowie Fähigkeit zur Führung in indirekten Berichtslinien

• Erfahrung mit Lean‑Konzepten und ‑Tools ist von Vorteil

• Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
