This is a senior leadership role for someone who genuinely loves working with children, has strong experience in outdoor camp or outdoor education settings, and is confident managing both people and operations. The right candidate will be calm under pressure, flexible, practical, and excited by the opportunity to live and work in the mountains.

• Lead, support and manage the camp team throughout the season
• Create and manage staff schedules, daily logistics and operational planning
• Support administration, organisation and office-based camp coordination
• Help maintain a high-quality, safe and positive environment for children and staff
• Respond quickly and calmly to changing circumstances and unexpected challenges
• Work across the full camp operation, from practical on-site support to management and planning
• Support a flexible camp culture where teamwork, adaptability and initiative are essential
Requirements
Required qualifications and experience

• Valid first aid qualification
• Confident driver with a full driving licence
• Previous experience in outdoor camps, outdoor education, children’s activity programmes or similar settings
• Previous experience managing or supervising teams

• Willingness to live and work in Gstaad, Switzerland, for the contract period
• A genuine interest in working with children and contributing across all areas of camp

What we are looking for
We are looking for someone reliable, energetic and solution-focused, with the maturity to lead a team and the flexibility to adapt to the changing pace of camp life. You should be equally comfortable handling office work, staff coordination and practical day-to-day support on the ground.
This is not a desk-only role. It requires someone who is happy to be fully involved in camp life, willing to step in where needed, and excited to be part of a dynamic and growing company with future opportunities.
