Working Student (m/f/d) IT project management

NEOCOSMO GmbH is a growing company with great team spirit, based in Saarbrücken and Berlin. Our mission: to improve communication, collaboration, and learning within organizations. To achieve this, we develop award-winning digital workplaces for businesses and public institutions using our cloud-based software solution PIIPE .
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in IT project management in the area of Digital Workplace Solutions , starting as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
- You support our project managers in the implementation and management of software projects based on our Digital Workplace platform PIIPE.
- You configure PIIPE according to our customers’ requirements – for example, by activating and adjusting user roles, notification schemes, or modules.
- You create training materials, demo content, presentations, and documentation to help our customers get started with our software.
- You contribute to the quality of our products by testing our software and working closely with colleagues from the development team to design the best solutions together.
Your Profile
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as business administration, (media) informatics, media education , or a comparable field – whether you are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree doesn’t matter.
- You have excellent German skills (at least C1 level) and are also able to communicate confidently in English (at least B1 level).
- You are proficient in common office programs (especially Microsoft Word and PowerPoint ) and know how to present information clearly, concisely, and in a visually appealing way – as reflected in the design of your CV.
- You communicate proactively , present yourself professionally, and others describe you as outgoing.
- You independently identify where action is needed and take on tasks responsibly – knowing that mistakes are part of the process and help us move forward together.
- We don’t expect prior work experience – your commitment is what counts most to us.
