This job is exactly right for you if...
- You have hands‑on experience testing electromechanical, robotics, or motion control systems.
- You understand control fundamentals (PID, cascaded loops, bandwidth, stability) and how they behave in real systems.
- You are comfortable working with measurement tools, sensors, and data acquisition, and analyzing dynamic behavior (FFT, step response).
- You work in a structured, analytical, and detail‑oriented way and enjoy turning data into clear insights.
- You communicate clearly and document your work well, with professional proficiency in English.
- Bonus if you bring scripting skills, HIL or automation experience, or a background in robotics or motor control.
We also offer you...
- Direct impact on the control performance and quality of future robotic actuators.
- Strong hands‑on laboratory focus with real hardware and real challenges.
- Individual contributor role with high technical ownership.
- A dynamic and friendly workplace in our new Barcelona tech hub, combining startup energy with the stability of a Swiss industrial leader.
- International exposure with daily collaboration across maxon locations.
