About the Role:
As a Working Student, you will support the Application Functions team across various areas. Your responsibilities include developing scripts in Python or similar languages to automate and simplify recurring tasks, assisting with test execution at bench level, and analyzing video material from previously recorded test drives.
The tasks are project-oriented and will vary depending on your background. You will have the autonomy to take ownership and successfully complete these projects independently. We expect you have a solid understanding of ADAS concepts, ideally gained through personal interest and academic lectures, and you are motivated to work on system testing at bench level.
Your Responsibilities:
Automate test cases using CAPL, Python, or similar tools
Automate recurring tasks in data handling for reports and overviews
Develop automated report generation in Python
Support the setup and configuration of test benches
Execute manual and automated test cases and upload results into the database
Provide general support to the team in daily tasks
Who we are looking for:
Student of Electrical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field
Knowledge of automotive electrical architecture (e.g., CAN, CAN FD, Automotive Ethernet)
Programming skills (Python preferred)
Ideally, experience with CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, and CAPL
Working knowledge of Automotive Ethernet, CAN, and LIN tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape, neoVI, and other automotive network-related tools
Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite
Strong command of English (spoken and written)
Local language skills desirable
German driver’s license required
