• Independent handling of invoicing and dunning procedures
• Preparation of accounting, in particular incoming and internal settlements
• Maintenance and organisation of digital document management (DocuWare)
• Management of petty cash
• Support with preparatory payroll accounting and data maintenance
• Preparation of statistics and evaluation of analyses and reports
• Support in operational controlling
• Independent submission and processing of grant applications
• General organisational and administrative support in the finance and controlling team

• Approximately 3 years of relevant professional experience in finance or controlling
• Sound practical knowledge of accounting/controlling and confident use of digital tools
• Analytical thinking, affinity for numbers and understanding of complex interrelationships
• Independent, structured and responsible approach to work
• Very good written and spoken German, basic English skills
• Interest in actively shaping processes and expanding the department in the long term

In addition to great benefits , we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 42,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
