In this role, you will take on key tasks relating to accounting, bookkeeping and operational controlling. You will ensure that figures, documents and processes are correct – and you will play an active role in further developing and clarifying our processes. • Invoicing and dunning: You will handle invoicing independently and keep track of outstanding issues.
• Accounting preparation: You will prepare the accounts, focusing on incoming and internal invoices. Document management (DocuWare): You will maintain, organise and keep our digital document management system clean and traceable.
• Cash management: You will manage the cash register reliably and correctly.
• Payroll accounting (preparatory): You will assist with preparatory tasks and data maintenance.
• Evaluations & reports: You will compile statistics and prepare evaluations and reports in a structured manner.
• Operational controlling: You will assist with operational controlling issues and present figures in a clear format.
• Administration & organisation: You will support the finance and controlling team with organisational and administrative issues.

• Approximately 3 years of relevant professional experience in finance or controlling
• Practical knowledge of accounting/controlling and confidence in using digital tools
• Analytical thinking, strong numerical skills and an understanding of interrelationships
• An independent, structured and responsible approach to work
• Very good German skills (spoken and written) and basic English skills
• A desire to help shape processes and build up the department in the long term

In addition to great benefits , we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 42,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
