Responsibilities arrow_right
- Coordinate and support regional projects and initiatives
- Maintain project structures, tools, and documentation (e.g. SharePoint, IDEA)
- Prepare and follow up on meetings, reviews, and presentations
- Support GPA processes and KPI tracking
- Communicate with HQ and internal stakeholders across operational and strategic levels
- Develop and implement a regional OPEX strategy and roadmap
- Establish project governance and prioritization structures
- Implement project management standards across departments
- Initiate and support improvement projects (e.g. Lean, Kaizen, Change)
- Define, monitor, and visualize KPIs (incl. Power BI)
- Organize and moderate formats such as OpEx Days, Awards, and Reviews
- Build internal networks and promote best practices across the organization
Qualifications arrow_right
- Completed higher education in business, engineering, organizational development, or a related field
- Practical experience in project management, coordination, or operational excellence
- Knowledge of process optimization and KPI development
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Campana & Schott, SharePoint, IDEA)
- Further education or certifications in project management (e.g. IPMA, PMI, Lean Six Sigma) desirable
- Fluent in German
- Very good English skills
- Willingness to travel within the CEE region
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively
- Experience working with international HQ structures
