All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• In this role, you'll oversee fit, workmanship approvals, graphic execution, and product documentation for our jersey and sweat categories. Working closely with Design and Product Management, you'll support the development process from concept to final product, ensuring all garments meet quality, fit, and technical standards.

• You'll manage and drive the target costing process for your assigned styles, partnering closely with Sourcing, Buying, and Quality to achieve the optimal balance of product innovation, margin, and price. Throughout the entire product lifecycle, you’ll maintain clear, proactive communication with our suppliers, challenge cost drivers, and identify optimization opportunities to ensure commercially competitive and premium products.

• In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and approving garment fit throughout the entire development cycle, including active participation in fittings. You'll review and validate workmanship, construction details, and graphic applications to ensure they meet our standards. In addition, you'll create and maintain accurate product documentation and technical files to support a smooth end‑to‑end process. You'll partner closely with Design, Product Management, Sourcing, Quality, Buying, and our suppliers to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed. In doing so, you'll consistently safeguard both timelines and quality standards across every stage of the process.
