Life as a Senior Finance Manager

In this position, you'll ensure reliable financial operations, contribute to the evolution of our ERP systems, and act as a key contact for our accounting team. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, shaping processes that support LOOP’s creative ambitions while developing the skills and experience needed to take on more responsibility over time.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Ensure Financial Accuracy: Apply your solid accounting background, supported by several years of professional experience — ideally with a completed accounting exam — to oversee processes, reporting, and compliance. First experience with balance sheet posting is beneficial.
• Leverage ERP Expertise: Act as BMD key user, drawing on your experience with ERP systems to ensure seamless workflows, smooth integration, and continuous system improvement.
• Oversee Accounting Operations: Take responsibility for core accounting tasks — including bookings, liquidity planning, and payment runs — and serve as the main contact for our accounting team.
• Grow Into Leadership: Bring the motivation and mindset to develop into a team lead role over time, with support and opportunities to build leadership skills as you progress.
• Drive Innovation: Bring an agile mindset, using your fast thinking and experience in independent projects to improve processes and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Take Ownership: Stand behind your decisions with confidence, balancing detail orientation with a strategic view of the bigger picture.
• Communicate with Confidence: Use your fluency in German and English to collaborate effectively across teams, departments, and markets.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 50,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer.
