For Palfinger Marine in Salzburg we are looking for Service Execution Development Manager (m/f/d) to serve as the strategic bridge between clients, internal stakeholders, and the MARINE service market—driving business growth, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships through insight-driven collaboration and proactive development.
Your tasks:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MARINE service execution sector.
Closely collaborate with After Sales, Network and Business Development to develop strategies for the whole Service function.
Analyze internal needs and contribute as project lead to the ambitious growth plan of the MARINE service regions. Identify and audit risks and track progress on long-term strategy.
Conduct analysis to identify and implement business opportunities.
Monitor customer and stakeholder satisfaction and implement continuous improvement initiatives and reporting.
Your Qualifications:
Strong background in stakeholder management, existing Network to companies operating in the Marine sector is a plus
Deep understanding of MARINE services and customer lifecycle management
Excellent planning and communication skills
Independent way of working and strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities
Extensive travel availability is expected
