Life as a Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Part-Time)

We're looking for a part-time Social Media Manager & Content Creator based in Salzburg. Someone who lives and breathes culture, knows how to spark a scroll-stopping moment, and thrives on turning strategy into standout content.

From concept to caption, you’ll bring a distinct tone and creative energy that connects with real people in real time.
You’ll shape the social voice of a beloved everyday brand, creating content that’s fresh, fast, and always on point. Fluent German is a must to connect authentically with local audiences.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Own the Feed: Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook with a clear eye on brand voice, relevance, and engagement.
• Capture Moments: Create content on-location in Salzburg using your phone think snackable videos, stories, and reactive posts that feel real, not over-produced.
• Write with Purpose: Craft sharp, brand-aligned copy in German for captions, posts, and community management that drives interaction and builds loyalty.
• Follow Culture Closely: Keep tabs on trends, memes, and what’s popping off translating that insight into timely, contextual content.
• Collaborate Seamlessly: Work with internal teams to align content with campaign goals, brand guidelines, and seasonal themes.
• Monitor & Learn: Track performance across platforms, drawing insights that inform smarter content choices and sharper creative.
• Stay Agile: Adapt quickly to feedback, platform updates, or shifting priorities, always keeping the brand voice and community at the center.
• Fluent in German at a native level is required.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 40,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer.
