Our intensive care unit team is looking for you as a full-time or part-time ward manager (m/f/d) with at least 30 hours per week from 01.01.2026.

• Basic and treatment care of patients in our intensive care unit including monitoring
• Recognize emergency situations and act appropriately and adequately in these situations
• Preparing, monitoring, carrying out and assisting with therapeutic and diagnostic measures
• You will be involved in the recruitment of new employees, coordinating their deployment and training
• You coordinate materials management and equipment management with your employees
• Your aim is to work in close and trusting cooperation with the nursing managers, the medical managers, the nursing director and the management team
• Duty planning with the Ases duty roster system
• Staffing the early and late shift in rotation with the deputy manager

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Specialist training in intensive care desirable
• Further specialist training in management tasks in nursing desirable or willingness to participate
• A high level of social competence, process-oriented thinking and the ability to work in a team
• Empathic and understanding interaction with patients and their relatives
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
